Welcome to slowing down.
I’m Brooke Summerhill, a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, currently completing additional 300-hour certification in Summer 2026, and the founder of Yacht Haven Yoga. I offer personalized yoga sessions designed to help women navigate both the calm and the storm with greater grounding, strength, and grace.
Over the years, I have seen again and again that when people move their bodies, listen to themselves more deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters, they begin to find balance no matter what challenges life brings.
My own life has always been rooted in movement and mindfulness. From competing in Ironman triathlons, ultra marathons, and lifelong team sports to decades of meditation and yoga, I have learned that true strength is not about speed or perfection. It is about steadiness, resilience, and learning how to return to yourself.
Living on beautiful San Juan Island keeps me closely connected to the water, nature, and the quiet rhythm that reminds us to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with intention. That environment continues to inspire the heart of Yacht Haven Yoga.
